We had to leave our home during the ice storm because we had no power or water, and our gas heat wasn’t working properly or safely for our two small children (ages 3 and 5). I will say that I had a pretty good experience with the staff; however, I made an appointment at 3pm for my oil change service, and seems that appointments don’t matter. Someone came in at the same time as I did around 2:55pm who did not say they had an appointment. I’m assuming they did not. I waited for an hour and a half from start to finish.
