I have been taking my car to Eric and Jason for at least 15 years. They are the most honest mechanics in the city of Memphis. I would not even go anywhere else for an oil change. One time my husband and I were in there and Jason told a lady to take her car down to get inspected (when we still had to) and see if it passed. She said what do I owe you? I had a reservation for an oil change special/tire rotation. It was definitely in my budget n the fact I’d just bought a used vehicle after not having transportation for bout 8mos. I will say that I had a pretty good experience with the staff; however, I made an appointment at 3pm for my oil change service, and seems that appointments don’t matter. Someone came in at the same time as I did around 2:55pm who did not say they had an appointment. I’m assuming they did not. I waited for an hour and a half from start to finish. If you go, great, just don’t expect to have your car looked at during your appointment time and prepare to wait. Other than that, the staff was friendly
