Midas community engagement is a win-win strategy that benefits more than just our community—it elevates our business and empowers our employees. We use it to create a positive workplace where our employees can feel honored and passionate, and unlock their hidden potential.

For us, community involvement is meaningful, consistent participation in activities that support and improve upon social wellbeing. Community involvement examples include engaging with, volunteering for or donating to local schools, neighborhood associations, government, and/or nonprofit organizations.

In November 2025, Midas of Tupelo gave back in a big way—our franchise owner Jason Weatherford and his team donated a refurbished 2015 Mazda CX-9 to Tech Sgt. Eric Faris, a U.S. Air Force veteran, through our Project Spark program. Eric’s previous vehicle had over 350,000 miles, making reliable transportation nearly impossible. This gift symbolizes more than just a car—it’s a lifeline, restoring his freedom, dignity, and ability to support his family and fellow veterans.
