Born in Okinawa, Japan, Jeff is a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served ten years as a Military Police Investigator across Virginia, Korea, Louisiana, and his birthplace of Okinawa. His commitment to service and integrity continues to shape his leadership style today.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Class of 1990, Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a deep understanding of operational excellence. His career spans key roles including Store Manager, District Trainer, Regional Fleet Director, and most recently, Fixed Operations Director. He also holds multiple ASE certifications in Steering & Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Heating & Air Conditioning (A7), and Parts Specialization (P2).
At MidasAutomotive.com, Jeff oversees daily operations across all locations, guiding Area Managers and teams to deliver top-tier service and customer satisfaction. He leads training initiatives, ensures compliance with industry standards, and develops policies that elevate the customer experience. His focus is clear: Customer Service is always Priority #1.
Jeff also plays a vital role in the company’s growth strategy, supporting new store development and helping expand MidasAutomotive.com’s footprint across Mississippi and Tennessee.
Jeff resides in Biloxi, MS, with his wife Suzi, a nurse at Keesler Air Force Base. Together, they share a vibrant family life with six children—Gabrielle, Nicholas, Cory, Seth, Sydney, and Rebekah—and six grandchildren.
