With over three decades of experience in the automotive tire and repair industry, Jeff Rametta brings unmatched expertise, discipline, and heart to his role as Director of Operations at MidasAutomotive.com.
Born in Okinawa, Japan, Jeff is a proud U.S. Army veteran, having served ten years as a Military Police Investigator across Virginia, Korea, Louisiana, and his birthplace of Okinawa. His commitment to service and integrity continues to shape his leadership style today.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Class of 1990, Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a deep understanding of operational excellence. His career spans key roles including Store Manager, District Trainer, Regional Fleet Director, and most recently, Fixed Operations Director. He also holds multiple ASE certifications in Steering & Suspension (A4), Brakes (A5), Heating & Air Conditioning (A7), and Parts Specialization (P2).
At MidasAutomotive.com, Jeff oversees daily operations across all locations, guiding Area Managers and teams to deliver top-tier service and customer satisfaction. He leads training initiatives, ensures compliance with industry standards, and develops policies that elevate the customer experience. His focus is clear: Customer Service is always Priority #1.
Jeff also plays a vital role in the company’s growth strategy, supporting new store development and helping expand MidasAutomotive.com’s footprint across Mississippi and Tennessee.
Jeff resides in Biloxi, MS, with his wife Suzi, a nurse at Keesler Air Force Base. Together, they share a vibrant family life with six children—Gabrielle, Nicholas, Cory, Seth, Sydney, and Rebekah—and six grandchildren.

Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Burnwatt brings over a decade of automotive experience to the industry, along with a deep-rooted passion passed down through two generations of mechanics in his family. He began turning wrenches at just 17, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, and has been all-in ever since.
With 10 years of experience as a store manager, Burnwatt has earned a strong reputation for leadership, technical skill, and customer-first service. For the past three years, he has proudly been part of the Midas team, where he continues to grow and make an impact.
Now based in Southaven, MS, Burnwatt is building a long-term career with Midas, managing multiple locations across the Memphis and North Mississippi region. He’s committed to leading high-performing teams, delivering honest, high-quality service, and helping customers keep their vehicles running at their best.
Outside of work, Burnwatt enjoys spending time with his wife of five years, Jena, and their two sons, Elijah and Mason. He knows the value of family and brings that same care and commitment to every customer and every vehicle that comes through the door.
